Organic Mentha spicata (spearmint leaf), Organic Rubus spp. (raspberry leaf), Organic V. agnus-castus (vitex berries), Organic Scutellaria lateriflora (skullcap), Organic Althaea officinalis (marshmallow root), Organic Zingiber officinale (ginger), and Organic Valeriana officinalis (valerian root).

MOON GODDESS is a soothing herbal blend, thoughtfully crafted to support women through their natural monthly rhythms. Delicate notes of raspberry and refreshing spearmint blend beautifully with the earthy flavors of marshmallow, valerian, and skullcap. A comforting, caffeine-free blend designed to help you feel balanced, relaxed, and supported throughout the ebb and flow of your cycle.

Vitex berry is not recommended for use with hormonal contraceptives.

Marshmallow root should be taken with at least 250 mL (8 oz.) of liquid.

Orally administered drugs should be taken 1 hour before use or several hours after, as marshmallow may slow the absorption.

INSTRUCTIONS

Pour 8-12 ozof boiling water (212° F) over 2 tsp. of tea. Steep covered, 3-5 minutes minimum. 

Add honey or sweetener of choice if desired. 

Experiment withsteeptime and quantity of tea and find your perfect brew!
